I had the same rattle with my Short Shots, and also hated it. Is this a common trait with these? I don't like running un-baffled so I replaced them with SuperTrapp 2/1.

 

I've been running som modified or should I say,cut off longshots. I got thebike second hand so the longshots (if that's what they are) were cut just close to where the baffle screw goes except,I have no baffles, it came that way.
The bike runs great and strong on mid range and when I need to pass a car uphill I just open the throttle and darn the bike lifts off. My dad likes the sound of my bike,although I would like it a bit deeper, nevertheless it's a sweet sound, although I'm planning to get new pipes someday when I get the cash, I'm bored of the "semi longshots" and I'm trying to decide to cut them down to make them shortshots, what I've got to lose right? or wrong... what do u guys think about it?
