Oil coming out of the air filter????

This makes sense, when i installed my heavy breather kit I have a small amount of oil that leaks out from behind the breather covers, only happens when I ride the highway for an extened period of time...

Dealer says it's not really anything to worry about...

Do you have a k&n style filter that is over oiled?
