Bled the Fr brakes...now only half the amount of brake!???
I rerouted my brake cable and thought I should bleed the system while i there
I even evacuated the line........after about 20 minutes of pumping the system I finally achieved only 1/2 the brake at the lever I had previously.
Anyone have any ideas for me?
Thanks Guy's

I use those syringes that you inject flavoring into Turkey's with, put a clear piece of tubing on them that will fit over the bleeder screw..
I pull the fluid from the Caliper side, just keep the reservoir full and it takes about 5 minutes.
You can push and pull the fluid back and forth to get all the air out.

If you will tap or shake the line continually it will break the air bubbles free from the inside of the line and they will float to the top. When you apply the brake lever you'll see tiny bubble come up through the reservoir. This is, of course, after you have pushed all the old fluid out and get new fluid to come out of the caliper.

The front brakes can be very frustrating, especially if you are using DOT 5 as it tends to hold air bubbles in suspension. The best thing for front is a vacuum type bleeder or try the speed bleeders.
One other note, on mine the handle felt very mushy until I rolled the bike back down my driveway and hit the brakes a few times, that stiffened it right up.

Were you pumping it slowly or quickly?
The slow method works better on this system.
When I did mine, I just grabbed the lever, pumped it quickly, opened the bleeder and repeated. It wasn't working too well.
It wasn't untill I started to squeeze slowly that I got a good feel at athe lever.
