Default My Dyno Sheet

I had a 107 Big Bore installed on my 2014 Dyna Low Rider. The work was done by Jason at 1 Forty 1 Speed Cycles in Winchester, Virginia. I used the S&S 585 cams, TTS Tuner, 1 Forty 1 Silver Bullets Ported Heads, Rinehart 2 into 1 exhaust, HPI 51mm Throttle Body and their V2 Air Cleaner etc. Dyno'd 127HP and 142 TQ has very good mid range.

140TQ with a 107" is kinda hard to believe. That's about what I'm expecting from my 117" with Star heads.

Jason at 1 Forty 1 has been racing and working on Motorcycles since he was three years old. He still races Harleys. He really knows what he's doing.. He has a very good reputation. He's turned out various Bikes over the years that pull really good numbers. He made sure everything played well with each other and with their Silver Bullet Ported Heads. I short changed the build a little with my exhaust . Jason said that I could of dealt with the torque dip with a better exhaust.

What clutch do you have and is the crank done? I never saw that much from any 107".

That’s what I’m saying. Fuel Motos built 117 only made 138 ft/lbs.

I had the crank done by Dark Horse, Trued, balanced and welded. Jason just used a stronger clutch spring.(No slippage, fingers crossed)
I believe that the key was the "Silver Bullet Heads" and the HPI Throttle Body with the external breathers and matching everything up to ensure good flow. I believe Jason upped the compression to the max without the motor pinging. He actually used the EZ Start 585"s because he said on hot starts it would be easier on the battery. I know that the numbers seem high but Jason has had independent Dyno Tuners verify his numbers. You should check him out. take a look at his website. He can make your 117 a torque monster.

It's just that 142lbs is well above the average norm I think most here would agree on so speaking for myself if it were my bike I would just ride around at precisely 3,800rpm in whatever gear I am in at the moment and just pop wheelies all the time!

I have the same bottom end with a Bandit clutch and Evo Industries clutch basket but if I did it over again I might try one of those AIMS or whatever the name is of the clutch, my clutch can handle more than my SAE 124lbs/126hp 107" but I ain't got no worries about it. I got an HPI, your size or bigger, can't remember for sure, have to look if it mattered, TMAN .590 cam, some bees knees heads myself, little 2-1, stuff like that.

You need to make a thread with some pics of your engine build, heads and stuff. Good luck

I have the S&S crank with T2 cases. HPI M/F 55/58 1.8. I went Bandit clutch with a billet basket. I learned the hard and expensive way with stock baskets and big power. Mine could creep past 140tq. It's gear drive w/S&S 635HO cams. S&S heads with a Star Racing port job. I'll post 2 sheets here before long. One will be a 40HP dryshot.
