Guys i am a little miffed, I just had my bike dynoed and its not at all what I expected. can you look and tell me if this is good bad or ugly, I know my bike is a huge pig.....Hell I lost TQ, I also didnt get a AF print out on the new print. before I call and question them I would like some feed back. This was is only going to be ran until this winter when it gets a big bore and head work.
this tune was a few years ago here is the list V&H Short Shots-V&H Drak Intake-V&H Fuel Pak

Also, from what I understand, the 54 likes ~10:1 compression. If you're running stock (~9.2:1) it might be too low for that cam.
Why would you use a 4* advance with the 54? That's a pretty aggressive cam.
But what do I know....I'm no engine builder.

Before and after Woods 555 cams. Both base and after cam tune used a Speeds high-flow AC, Cobra Dragster exhaust. Before 72hp and 82tq. After cam install 83hp and 94tq. Seems decent for a set of cams. Next either 103bb or bump the compression up and head-work. At what point should I worry about pinning/welding and truing the crank?

pretty nice bump up there with the cams.
compression and aggression - that's where the lower end service pays off.
not always necessary, peace of mind for sure.
won't really know if you needed it until you need it.
adds quite a bit to the build cost.
I hammered my 11:1 88 to 95 hard on a very regular basis w/o servicing the flywheels.
when I went from 95 to 121 the lower end got the full treatment.

Kind of what I thought, my bud built a 124 S&S 132hp/134tq in his TC88, road it hard for 3 years. He come down from a wheelie and snapped the cases at the front motor mount, never had an issue with flywheel. Now has the full S&S cases and has the full crank work. He did add 2 bottles of NOS, one on each fender strut it is scary sic at 172hp and 176tq.
