man there are like 5 different versions of the Stage II depending on what dealer or parts supplier you speak with... some say it is the ignition and cam, other say the top end... what do you want to do what do you want to achieve?

Just go directly to stage III and bypass the middleman.

I was thinking of something along the lines of a big bore kit. I d like a little more raw power and greater hp. something to get the rubber burning.

Before thinking about a big bore kit, think about cams and head work. Head work is one of the biggest bang for your buck.

I always had problems (with my 2 stroke jetski) with just doing head work and messing with compression. wouldnt you recommend spending the money and doing the big bore kit. after all i did spend 17000 on the bike alone

For the Big bore Kit, what else needs to be done other than sleeves and gaskets and pistons/rings?
