Default Surface scratches from the towel, how to get rid of it?

Hey guys,
My bike seems to have some fine surface scratches (so to speak) from the towel (micro fiber) used to clean it. It is not readily visible but still bothers me under direct sun light. So, I bought this “Turtle” polish and here is what I intend to do, please correct me if I’m wrong:
#1
Wash the bike and dry it thoroughly
#2
Use “turtle” polish and gently polish it
#3
Wax as usual.
#4
Spray Maguire’s quick detailer to make it shine.

Will doing step #2 remove those pesky scratches?

Don't use turtle wax the stuff is garbage, stick with maguires they do have a fine scratch remover, and if your bike has clear coat it dosn't need wax just use the detailer for day to day use. And use the fine scratch remover when needed.

Thanks guys, also, what do you call the electric motor used to air dry the bike after the wash? I can't remember the name... the one form Harley dealer cost a fortune, needless to say, so, I will be looking for it on EBay.

There's one on this page that kicks ***. No heat, but with the power, you won't need it. About $160.00

Second the leaf blower, just make sure it's an electric. I used a leaf blower exclusiviely on my '01 Camaro SS for years and the paint looked good as the day I bought it when I sold it.
