Call them and tell them no, you're going with them, and THEY will go after the other insurance company. That's how it's supposed to work, and if they have an issue with it, you've got a lawyer. Works great. Most of the time you'll have to pay the deductible, and they'll go after the other for it, and you'll get a partial refund, but YOUR insurance company should be working for you, not the other way around.
Glad you weren't badly hurt, and good luck with the move and the bike repairs.

Did anyone witness the accident, was law enforcement called (to the scene) and if so you will need to first off get an accident report from the agency,depending on the officers work load it may take 2-3 days and were you transported to the hospital by ambulance and what State did this happen in?
Always take that trip by Medical Transport to the hospital if your on the ground.
(there is a reason for that)
