I know it's probably a silly question but I received my motherwell 7" rack today but no fitting instructions, I realise it's very basic but was wondering if someone could explain the washer set up, it came with a soft black square washer and a white hard plastic washer, which one goes at the rear of the rack and which one goes at the seat/rack hole. Thanks.

 

soft goes under the rack to protect the fender the plastic one goes on top... I used soft foam under my rack, and stainless steel washers and screws... plastic washer are crap
