I have had one on my 99 fxdx for about 5000 miles. Its wrapped to the y with black wrap so i dont know about the blueing there but it hasn't done it anywhere else. Chrome is good but I've decided I want a black one. If anyone wants to trade let me know. Or make me an offer for mine.

Mine are wrapped for about a year now. I think I'm going to take the wrap off, get them ceramic coated, and put on heat shields. Seems as though mine run a little hot with the wrap, but I also heard you can double wrap them if that's the way you wanna go.

How long are these wrapped pipes lasting? No experience but heard they cause the pipes to rust up quickly.
Mines a few years old, no rust but I live in SoCal and we don't get much rain. I sprayed the hell out of them with VHT header paint before I wrapped them so that might have helped. All the stories about the rear bracket of T-Header breaking are the real old pipes, they now have a brace on that bracket. If you find a old T-Header you can also order the new style bracket that has the brace or just weld one in yourself - real simple.
