Default PCIII continue to have problems

I have an 07 FXDB, V&H big shots staggered, SE air cleaner, quite baffels, PCIII, O2 sensor replacements. When cranking after turning on the kill button and the engine light going out, after cranking, the engine light comes on for a few seconds, didn't prior to installation. When driving at higher speeds in 6th gear, the engine light comes on. I hooked up my laptop and verified the appropriate map was loaded, but went ahead and reloaded it anyway, made no difference. Could it be that the map does not specify quite baffels and that is the problem, would that make a difference?

Am I at risk of damaging the engine running with the engine light on and voiding the warranty?

This was a stealer install with parts that I bought myself off the internet.

Anyone seen this problem? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

If I remember, isn't there a firmware download for the pcIII? I remember doing that with mine, but not because I had the same problem. I'm a pc tech so I'm always downloading new bios, firmwares for something and like to keep things as up to date as possible.

Make sure your o2 eliminators are plugged all the way in along with the PCIII.
What are the codes if any ?
