Default Cutting Rear Fender

What will give me the cleanest cut...a dye grinder, angle grinder with cut off wheel, dremel. or jig saw? Need some answers..sick of explaining why I have a damn hole in my fender. Thanks..

You'll have to clean up burrs with any of them, but I would go with a 3/4" Grinder and a suitable cut off wheel. The jig zaw seems easier to make nice curved cuts but I am not too sure if the reciprocating motion would hinder things.

I used a Dremmel with 5 reinforced cut off wheels.Maybe not the best out of all you mentioned but probably the cheapest.Make sure you mark the cut with tape so you can still see your line once the sparks start flying.I used duct tape so I could peel and re-stick until I got the line I wanted.

I used a jig saw, easy, fast and cheap and got a nice cut. Be sure to tape/protect the part where the base of the jig saws goes or you get scratches!

Bosken,
Seeing that your bike doesn't have fenders, does that mean the jigsaw didn't work out? "LOL"
Seriously, are you putting the fender on your bike?
