benwiggin, that's a gorgeous softail springer, but I prefer your FatBob...that softail's got way too much bling on it!

That said, I'd love to put a springer front end on my FXDB.

Your Bob and the Springer are both good looking bikes. It's all a matter of personal taste which is better.

That said, you could put a 110 kit in your Fat Bob and still be thousands cheaper than what a CVO Springer costs.

Just a thought.

the fat bob is the better bike in my opinion but there are some really nice softies out there. I agree with the above there isnt much that I would change on my fat bob if anything at all.

I would not own a Springer!! There is a reason they put such puny brakes on the front end of a Springer..............they are weak and can not with stand big time braking! Fat Bob any day of the week over a Springer!!

Buy a new bike or find a new friend.

His bike is waaaaay cooler than yours.

He'll always get the girls.

You can ride with me. Your bike is cooler than mine. But mine is cooler than my buddies Honda.

So we're good now, right?

to each there own..but your fatbob rocks...the short shots and that beefy front end means all business. They look like something exile would build, mean and rugged looking. I come from a crotch rocket, track background for the last 20 years and never gave harley a second look but when I seen the fatbob last year it changed my outlook and started to appreciate harleys more and more. I was wanting a fatbob and I even got to try a fatbob out few weeks back and loved it. I also like night trains but would have to put alot of $$ into one to get it where I would love....however the fatbob is only just a set of pipes away from being perfect to me anyway...
