Rush slip-on map for PCIII
#11
I posted that question about the Softail/Dyna maps in the Fuel Injection thread about a month ago, but got no responses. I tried an advanced Softtail map on my Dyna and it ran good, but I changed it back because the ignition timing was alot different than any of the Dyna maps I have seen. It had -4 in half on the cells, compared to the basic map for my Rinehart which had +4 in the last column only. I don't know anything about the ignition timing, so I wasn't taking any chances.

Update...I've been running the Rush map with SEII slip-ons for about a week and went for a nice ride last night. First long ride with that map. I don't like it. The bike just runs weird.
I went on a ride from Cheraw to Lancaster to have a cold beer at The Kickstand. A good ride. Most of the ride was in the 50+mph range and when we got into the country a bit, would run closer to 70. I felt more vibes than with the stock SEII map. The bike was also not as quick off the line as usual.
Bottom line: going back to the SEII map.
