Default Progressive Fork Springs on Fat Bob

Just had Progressive Fork Springs fitted to my FXDF Fat Bob and it has really made a great Bike better. I used the Screamin' Eagle Fork Oil as well and I thought this may have been a bit of overkill but.. it feels great. A lot of my local roads are full of potholes and subsidance in the asphalt and this just feels so confident in these conditions.
Not harsh , just good solid feel thru the bars.
Just used the stock length from Progressive and real happy with the result.
If you're thinking of go the Progressive springs, I can say that I'm glad I did.

Default Fat Bob forks

Don't think you can tell from a picture...it's just the confident feel in the front end. Lovin' it.

I got the Progressive Fork Lowering Kit when I had a set of 11" Progressive 430's tooless adjustable gas shocks installed on my Low Rider. Love how they complimented each other and it's like riding a brand new bike. I cant get over the difference. Love the fact that I can just hand twist the shocks to what ever level I need instantly. Progressive is to suspension as V & H is to exhausts. Simply the best

How many miles were on your bike before you swapped springs?

Exactly 1,190 miles................ I just couldn't ride the bike with it up so high. Yea, a Low Rider can be too high for us tiny tots. I'm 5'2" tall with a 26" inseam and even with a "Reach Seat", could only reach the ground on my tip toes. So when the bike went into storage over the winter, I discussed it with my mechanic and we did the switch over. What a huge difference. I just cant get over it. Handling is soooo much better, because I have a lower center of gravity I think and just the way it feels.
Now I have a Reach Seat, stock shocks and fork springs going up for sale shortly.
