my wife's bike is a 07 dyna 96" with ported heads, 9.8 compression, andrews 37 cams, fatcat exhaust, big sucker air cleaner, power commander...the heads were shaved .020" to 83 cc, and the cylinders were shaved .016" to zero the deck height... with a so-so tune it made 94 hp/97 tq sae on a 250i dyno...if I had it to do over I'd go 103" and use 1.9" intake valves, the stock 1.8's may be holding it back a little

I agree with SIC DYNA...Dave Mackie does some AWESOME head work!! That's where my heads will be coming from when I get it done. As for cams, I'm running Woods TW 6's and couldn't be more pleased with a set of bolt in cams. They make good lowend power. My last engine was a top end build and I was disappointed when I finished it. This time I just bolted in the Woods cams and used a Thundermax with autotune and it rips for a stock motor.
