How much top end noise is normal on a Dyna Super Glide? It doesn't drown out the motor, but you can definitely hear it over the engine.

If you're hearing top end noise, you're on a Harley.&nbsp\\; Is this your first one?&nbsp\\; There's no measurement I know of for how much.

+1 It's a harley, most get louder mufflers and it will be more noticeble with a windshield in place.

My 07 is loud too.&nbsp\\;Windshield makes it louder. Even more noticible with earplugs for some reason.

I came off&nbsp\\;a two stroke RD-350..... I was used to hearing the pistons in the cylinders...&nbsp\\; but... my first ride on my superglide had me scared that the pushrods were going to blow through the rocker bockes and take out my nuts!!!!&nbsp\\;
&nbsp\\;
Louder pipes have solve that issue[8D]
