I picked up a set of wild one 560'S for my 08 fxdc which I have a 2" tank lift on and after attempting the install myself and seeing the sealed switches that i didnt want to mess with i had the dealer do it since I was due for a srvc. anyway, i just got a call from them stating that there was only 1/32 inch clearance to the speado. housing when at the stop. has anyone done a similar install? is there a riser that i can install or anything? they say no but i find that hard to believe. thanks

 

the 560s have a really short end rise.
adding the lift made this combination not work. you might be able to move the tank a bit if you loosen everything and try to move it back.

 

thanks, i do recall reading in the past that some people made the rear tank hole oblong. maby thats what i need to do
