Thanx all! Got rid of the 2" tanklift, looks better. The seat is real leather and as confy as my old Le Pera Bare Bone. But I´m thinking of relocate the forward controls back to it´s original position. Put a black mini ape hanger on her (see pic)... Gonna try this this weekend. It never stops!

IMHO... leave the rake alone... and get fenders on there- front and rear

 

those are the bars i am getting! roland sands,,, with mids and the tank normal then thats exaclty where i am headin
