Harley service manual says:
&nbsp\\;
Forward Cyl
&nbsp\\;
lower nut finger tight
tighten upper nut 9-19 in-lbs
tighten lower to 100-120 in-lbs
tighten upper to 100-120 in lbs
&nbsp\\;
Rear Cyl
&nbsp\\;
upper nut finger tight
tighten lower to 9-18 in-lbs
tighten upper to 100-120 in-lbs
tighten lower to 100-120 in-lbs
&nbsp\\;
final torque in ft-lbs is 10 ft-lbs
&nbsp\\;

hahaha.

I scanned that two years ago SoCal.

Ive never torqued those anyway.

Snug em down good, do not overtorque.

Make sure they are torqued evenly by looking at the exposed threads.

Do Not Overtorque.
