I used a vacum and a shoe string. Tied the string to all the wires and pulled them all threw. They were 1 1/4 bars though.

Mine hae two nineties those have a lot sharper of angles, and Debrix does not seem good about cleaning up inside the radius before welding.
I would solder small guage wire to make it easier it is a pain either way though, it took me longer to fish those wires than to do a complete 1" ape install [:'(]

Man, wiring these bars is a fuggin' treat!
&nbsp\\;
I used a super long shoe string and pulled one wire at a time. Make sure that you tape the end of the wire nice and tight. I used clear packing tape because it's stiffer and slicker.
&nbsp\\;
The shoe lace should allow you to pull the wire through the bar but still be hanging out the hole at the grip end, that way you can pull the string back through to attach the next wire without pulling the string out the clamp side hole. That clear?
&nbsp\\;
I got the wires hung up a time or two and actually had to clamp the wires in the vice and yank the **** outta the bars to get them to come out. Somehow I didn't totally ruin the wires.
&nbsp\\;
After I got done I slammed a hard earned 6 pack and crossed my fingers when I turn on the ignition switch and hit the starter.

054 - this is obviously a lot of work. great outcomes with loner and mr blonde. is it possible to run the wires external so you can test the feel for a few hundred miles. would be a shame to do all the work and not like the ride.

Your not kidding[:@]&nbsp\\; I have hung up a few times and it has resulted in some wires exposed. Had to re shrink them.&nbsp\\; I now know why the local shops charge as much as they do for this.
Thanks for the information, it is much appreciated.&nbsp\\; Tom

These have to be one of the harder set of bars to wire internally.
