I got the solo and love it, can't help with the passenger end.

I have the Day Tripper Solo with the passenger pylon. My wife has her own bike so the passenger seat is just on there in case we are on the road and her bike has a problem and we need to ride 2-up. I rode her around the block and she said it would work if she needed to ride with me.

As to comfort, The Solo is far better than the stock seat that came with the bike. Rode 2000+ miles, part with the Pacific Group's ride to Shasta earlier this summer and had no complaints. You need to know I'm not one to bitch much about my seat so my tolerance levels may be higher than many. To me all motorcycles are uncomfortable when you get up over 250-300 miles in a day.

Can't post a picture for some reason. Check my sig and post. I have posted a picture of the seat before.

Truthfully the stock 07 Bob seat really did hurt after 50 miles or so.....I bought the vintage solo the second day I got on the road.
I've used Mustangs on my last five bikes....
Just this Wednesday I got the solo tripper.....
My 56 year old **** says it's very close to the stock seat...
So it's going back.....I don't need another stock feeling **** numbing seat.....
13.5 inch Mustang vintage solo is great
I bet the 16 inch would be even better just tooooooooo big for a Dyna....
