Now the problem is I found a H-D one on e-bay #26110-05 for 06 dyna. About $100 right now.

I also have the Harley oil cooler. Regarding the install, the best thing you can do is ignore the assembly order in the instruction sheet. You will need to get some gasket sealer/glue to stick the gasket to the cooler adapter. As for the 7/16" allen, I used a 5/16" coupling nut. It has a 7/16" hex OD and is about two inches long. I haven't ridden enough since I installed it to determine how well it works.
