Big difference for me plus you are getting a newly balanced tire with each ride. I advise you to go to the website All this info is there
I went to the website... checked out the how to. Just was not clear on if they removed the valve internals first or does the kit hose that gets screwed on open the air valve enough to install.

You have to remove the valve guts. It's real easy though, you just need to pick up a $4 valve stem tool at your auto parts store.

I put them in at the last tire change and the ride smooth as silk.

They work just fine in my 21" front wheel.
Just a little tip: When checking your air pressure, make sure the tire is rolled around to the 6 o'clock position or thereabouts. Drained all the air out of my tire once when I did it with the stem at the top and one of the beads was in the valve core.

Rounder, the tube is just a plain old length of poly tubing that fits over threads on valve stem and to bottle. When checking tire pressure with beads installed, keep valve stem at 6 o'clock position and give valve one quick shot of air to clean beads from valve area.
