I called to report a problem and was called a "*****" and that I need to "buck up and deal with it".&nbsp\\; This was from ordering an exhasut, them sending the wrong one, and I wanted to exchange it for the correct one and not have to pay the extra shipping.

 

I ordered a layback license plate holder from them and was surprised by the quality. That being said it was only 20 bucks so I figured what the hell. I had a few questions about some other stuff and they were awful with customer support.

From what Sway said I wouldn't buy any big ticket items from 'em.

 

Bummer, I figured as much.&nbsp\\; Did you guys see that FleaBay item?&nbsp\\; 24 bones for pads front and back.&nbsp\\; That's gotta be some scary $hit!&nbsp\\; I'm actually looking for a stock replacement rotor.&nbsp\\; Maybe something with a decent polish, but NOT FLOATING.&nbsp\\; I can't wait to heave the&nbsp\\;floater across the yard!&nbsp\\; What a POS to change pads!

KC has polished rotors for around 25.00, drags has a nice looking one (USA made) for around 125.00

 

Chevdude - apparently you haven't bought any "Genuine Harley" parts with the little made in China sticker on them!&nbsp\\; Just because it's in a Harley box they jack up the price...I'll take a plain brown box and save the money!
So far I've bought 2 sets of the foot pegs with heel rests, 2 sets of drag bars and 2 sets of Duece risers to do mine and my brother's bikes...click the link in my sig to see them.

I bought some floor boards to try out and had no problems sending them back when I didn't want them.
It takes 3 days to process your order, but I'll continue to order from them as I've been happy with the products and thrilled with the prices.
