Hey all,

I have a Sundowner Deep Bucket Seat on my Street Bob and I'm about to head away for a long ride.

As I don't have saddle bags, sissybar or a luggage rack I was wondering about using a couple of ockey straps to tie down a bag onto the sundowner pillion part of the seat.

I'm able to attach the straps around the chrome arm of the rear indicators and then around the top of the shocks.

The shocks seem fine and the straps do not interfere at all or risk getting jammed.

...but this is my question... Is the chrome indicator arm strong enough to handle the ockey straps attached firmly?

i see... back to one liners again, thought they had this fixed.&nbsp\\; you should be fine bolt that holds it on is a good size.&nbsp\\; would be more worried about messin up the chrome.

 

if its anything like a bunge strap you should be fine
