I also have the Kuryakyn ISO grips with throttle boss. They are very comfortable, but I still get numbness. I was told to try riding with gloves that have the gel padding on the palms.

 

My bike had the chrome versions of those on when I bought it. I thought they were very uncomfortable. I replaced them right away with he HD Nostalgic grips. I like them but am going to change to the PM Renthal grips as soon as funds allow.

 

They are a little thinner and seem to dampen the vibrations. Came with my Dyna. My buddy had numbness that disappeared with PM grips after I bugged him to get them.

 

I have the Kury Iso Grips & Throttle Boss. However, I noticed that my hande were numb after I found myself gripping the handle bars too tight. Lightening my grip really helped a lot.
I sure like the look of the Kurys!!!!

 

Obonaventure heres a thread on one that you might have seen. I ordered one and its a neat little gadget that works just fine.
