This has been my best upgrade. My fingers go numb after five minuets of riding.

I took the OEM star wheel off because, I think, the kids were messin with it. BUt it would be nice to have it once in a while.

Yeh, 90 bucks is a lot. This locks the throttle with a 1/4 turn. Easy to flip from lock to unlock. I was going to crash one day if I kept playing with that star wheel. My wrist, elbow, shoulder, something is messed up that my fingers go numb on the bike and also driving my car.

I have some Kuryakyn grips with the throttle buddy and really like it. What makes it good is you don't have to hold the grip so tightly and you can just rest your palm while loosely holding the grip.

These are the most comfortable grips you'll ever find. Soft, cushy and comfy...worth every penny. Get the ones with the throttle lock, it works great.

I got the throttle rocker but didn't like it. Seems like I have to keep rotating it depending on what speed I want to ride. It's a pain to rotate when riding down the road.

I recommend the Crampbuster. http://www.crampbuster.com
This is what the original Throttle Rocker used to be, but Throttle Rocker had infringed on Crampbuster's patent. Now Throttle Rocker is held on with a strip of velcro. The Crampbuster is better as it has no velcro.

The throttle buddy is great. I even bought one for the left hand side to match.
