I love the HD Nostalgia grips I have installed. \\\\\\; They oval shape really fills your hand and spreads the vibrations out. \\\\\\; It really took the pain out of my hands and helped control the vibration. \\\\\\; They are also some of the cheapest grips Harley sells.

Throttle rockers are great\\; I love 'em, but you might also want to examine your bar setup. When you're in the riding position take a moment to see if your wrists are straight. If your hand is tilting up or down relative to your forearms, \\;you can upset the nerves in your wrist. Sit the bike up straight, loosen the bar clamp slightly then try rotating the bars to see where your hand is most comfortable. If you find a spot you like, tighten things up\\; check the lock-to-lock turning to make sure you clear the tank then take the clamp bolts out one at a time, give 'em some blue locktite and torque 'em down. (Don't skip the locktite step. Trust me. I know.)

Are there any other grips out there besides the ISO's that have an integrated throttle boss? Just wondered...I know the plastic paddle is available (also at www.throttlerocker.com) if you have others, but you know...

I like the SAC leather grips from www.coolsac.com. They are padded and a larger diameter. They do not get hot or cold and decrease vibration. You can get designs (eagles, skulls or whatever you want) and can be color matched to your bike. I miss the ones on my 06 and plan to get another set for my 09. A throttle controller is absolutly needed for long rides. Ulatra has cruise control so that is not an issue for me.
