Anybody put a 200 without the kit on their 08 low rider?&nbsp\\; I would like to stuff a 200 there without buying the kit but have only seen it in 07 and older.&nbsp\\; Is it the same for 08's?

Slinger, are you talking about the HD wide tire kit for dynas?&nbsp\\; I believe it is the same for 08 as 07 but it's only for a 180 tire.&nbsp\\; To do a 200 halfway right, you will probably need to get a bigger/wider rim and reroute your wiring under the fender such that the tire can't rub it.&nbsp\\; As far as the 180 kit goes, I installed the tire without the kit as have many others.&nbsp\\; All you need to do is make sure the wiring is secure and out of the way and throw the Dunlop GT502 180 tire on the stock rim and you are ready to roll.

Thanks for the intel 2007fxdc, but I do have my heart set on a 200 and carltex's&nbsp\\;link looks promising.&nbsp\\; Thanks to both of you.

 

theres also a 190 that will fit stock as well.

 

Maybe it's me...I never saw much of a point in going through the expense of putting a 200 on.&nbsp\\; Most guys who want a big tire go much bigger.

 

I hear ya my friend is a rep for a company that sells a 230-240-250 kit for the 06 and above that not a lot of people buy which im supprized.
