Default RE: installing Kuryakyn grips

Watch carefully how the old one comes off and reverse the process with the new one. I discovered when I reajusted the cables that the throttle was only opening up to about 3/4. So the factory isn't perfect either.
A trick for the left grip is to remove the butt plate before glueing and installing so it doesn't build back pressure. Slide the grip on fast as the glue drys quickly. Note the hand position before you install the grip. I found
the ISO grips to be very comfortable. Good luck lowrider.

I guess you've disturbed the power switch on the bar. Try loostening the right hand switch cluster and giving it a wobble and tighten it up again. I don't know how they work on a Harley but some bikes earth through the bars. You might just have a bad earth.

&nbsp\\;I once saw a guy pull&nbsp\\;an old Triumph onto the centre stand and both the grips came off in his hand. The bike fell over and he stood there with a blank look on his face holding the grips. It was pretty funny.

I would have liked to of been there when that happend.&nbsp\\;lol
