Torque?

Torque?
Need a little help from my Dyna brothers. \\; I went to pick up a service manual from the stealership a week or two ago, didn't have it. \\; Tried again today, still don't have it. \\; So, I'm trying to put my scoot back together before I leave the country for a couple weeks and need some torque specs. \\;
 \\;
What is the torque for the front and rear brake rotor bolts?
 \\;
Rear drive pulley?
 \\;
Front and rear axles? \\;
 \\;
 \\;
Thanks in advance.

RE: Torque?
Freebyrd, thanks. \\; I "pre" torqued things. \\; I went 20ft/lb on the front rotor and 30ft/lb on the rear. \\; I went 40ft/lb on the drive pulley. \\; Are both rotors 28-38? \\; I ask because the front bolts are about 1/4 inch, while the rear bolts are 5/16 or so. \\;

RE: Torque?
whoa dude!!!!
the rear drive pully requires locktight threadlocker 262 (the red stuff).... brake discs 243 (the blue stuff)... anti-seize on the axles!!!
front brake disc=16-24 ft-lbs
rear brake disc=30-45 ft-lbs
belt sprocket screws(drive pulley)=45-55 ft-lbs with laced wheels and 55-65 with cast wheels
axle pinch bolt in front 25-30 ft-lbs
front axle nut 50-55 ft-lbs
rear axle nut 60-65 ft- lbs (yours may be more here I have an 05 with a 3/4" axle, yours is 25mm or 1")
shock bolts 25-40 ft-lbs

RE: Torque?
This is gonna sound like a total newb question but if torque values are displayed as a range, do you just take the avg between the two or do you torque the low setting, the mid or the high end? \\; Always confused me and never really thought to ask before. \\; I've never had any trouble but was always curious.
