is it just me or is the rear brake pedal kinda small
sometimes my foot hits the shaft going out to the flat of the pedal
feels like you can't find the pedal itself

 

I just bought a pedal that's twice as wide as my stock pedal (at Heritage HD in Lisle). Hard to miss now!

 

Ha! And I thought it was just him!

 

I wonder if it's because the pedal is out of adjustment and set a bit too low which I think will give you the same symptoms. I'm having a similar problem with mine but haven't had the time to readjust it. Maybe this weekend I'll give it a shot and report back.

 

How do you adjust the brake pedal? I have an 02 WG. I would like to adjust mine (bring it closer to me), but it looks like it just goes on one way - I can't see any way to adjust it, other than to bend it.

 

Never missed it..hell, sometimes I feel like my foot is riding on it.
