depends if you want sound id go either back with samsons, mail back the pipe and they will prob give ya a new one or go to jirehcycle.com and pick up a set of their big growls (super cheap)also made by samson cheap but if you want performance you have to go D&amp\\;D better than thunderheader and Rinehards, to many guys have those on their rides. just FYI.

Lots of pipes out there, but for the money, I would try these.

Porker was bought out by V&amp\\;\\\\\\;H and production stopped so DK is selling them cheap. I just
bought a set and they are as loud as Samsons.

I had the same setup I see on yout scooter.&nbsp\\; Using the existing modified light assembly I got the attached results.&nbsp\\;
&nbsp\\;
What I did was remove the indicator assembly, then the eyebrow/light assembly.&nbsp\\; I them used a small band saw to cut off the brow along the molding lines on the back.&nbsp\\; I them took a half round file to make the curves for the risers.&nbsp\\; Did a little finish filing, polishing, and reinstalled the bracket backwards with the same hardware.&nbsp\\; I then reinstalled the indicator light assm. (in reverse of course)&nbsp\\;
&nbsp\\;
I then installed the new billet light assembly I ordered from the HD catalog.&nbsp\\; This required drilling a 3/8" hole in the lower triple tree.&nbsp\\; I used a front motor mount bolt thru to the lamp mounting bracket.&nbsp\\; I spliced the wires and hid the connections under the gauge cluster.&nbsp\\;
&nbsp\\;
Thats it, judge the results for yourself.
&nbsp\\;
Peace,
Garret

My front head pipe broke today so i am looking for a new set of pipes.&nbsp\\;\\\\\\; I had a pair of sampson streer sweepers which i really liked.&nbsp\\;\\\\\\; What do you guys recommend?

I had samsons on my sportster which did the same thing. Probably running too hot. But these things are built cheap and thin which does not help, poor quality for the money. Will not buy again.
