A friend is going to buy the SERT (old one) to his electra Glide ... I have a 2008 Street Bob, almost stock bike ...

Does the old SERT (32107-01L) fit my new Bob?

I would like the old one because now is cheapper tahn the Super SERT ....


Please can you help me?

 

no, it imprints itself to the bike it uses from what i know... but then again i have been wrong before... it may justbe the software that imprints itself to the SERT...

 

So 2008 can`t use the old race Tuner (32107-01L)! is this correct?

 

I do believe the 08 can use the old SERT.

They are for one machine only.
Once installed, it stays with that machine exclusively.

Yes you can, as long as it was not used on anothee bike. Once it is used on a bike it is locked to that ECM/VIN number.

 

Once a SERT is used on a bike. It is only good for that bike. It Can not be used
on any other bike.
