Default Front Heat Shield

Hey guys. I have put the forward controls on my Street Bob and I have the Cut out in the front heat shield. I was wondering if anybody has a one that they wouldn't mind parting with. I will take both if you want me too. But that cut out with the tinted pipe under is killing me. Thanks in advance.

Brandon

Will they fit an 06? I guess a call to the stealer is in order. I will let you know as soon as I figure out if they fit. Will send a pm with price.

I think mine should be ok. I have them in a box up in the attic. I get a picture over the weekend. They are off a 05 wide glide.

Let us know what you find out...

I have a 04 FXDLI. I removed the mid pegs to install forwards. The front heat shield has a dimple (dent) that was covered by the mid peg bracket. I will need to replace the heat shields. Have you guys seen this on other bikes?

Had the same problem with mine when I installed the forward controls. I bought a front shield from Harley for 85 $$ What a rip . The rear sheld was 45$$ . I wish I could have found some good used ones when I needed mine...

Yes....it sucks....and some how my rear shield has a couple deep scratches. So...I will need both heat shields. The new flame embossed HD heat shield sets are $100 MSR....less than the $85 & $45 that silverglide quoted.
