Just wondering if anyone with a Dyna has installed this, ever since I got my Dyna I've felt it was geared too tall, a little sluggish off the line, 6th is not useful until 70+. Anyway I'm thinking of ordering one from evolution Ind. 297.00 for sprocket and chain. Any feedback. THX

 

Chech out the 49T clutch ring sprocket from EVO Ind.You retain the comp sprocket &amp\\; gearing is changed to 2.97 instead of 2.79.Regards,Tom

 

just change the Transmission belt sprocket from the stock 32 to a 30...&nbsp\\; andrews makes one.&nbsp\\; u can get it from dennis kirk for around 130.00 I got one just havent put it on yet(i was told there is enough adjustment with the stock belt too)

 

49 tooth? 40 tooth would give you 2.426.

 

I thought you needed a different chain if you changed from a 32 tooth trans sprocket to a 30 tooth, Damadman quick install it so I know, lol. I don't want to buy the chain if there's no need. Evolution Ind. says you need a new chain and they sell it as a kit, included with the sprocket.

 

I have been hearing and reading a good bit about these&nbsp\\;so being a new guy here I am also interested in this post.&nbsp\\; The Klock folks up in SD told me on TH that it would help exactly what you were inquiring about.&nbsp\\; The rpms are bumped about about 10%.&nbsp\\; However what they recc'd was with the 32 to 30 to also change the final/rear one from 72 to 70.&nbsp\\; Does that make sense?&nbsp\\; This way no need to mess with belt/chain?&nbsp\\; They have been doing this on all there baggers in the shop.&nbsp\\; Hope this helps.&nbsp\\; They did say it gives the bike the feel that it wants to get up and go much more noticeable.&nbsp\\; Very nice.

&nbsp\\;I installed the evolutions industries 30t&nbsp\\;on mine last year&nbsp\\;and&nbsp\\;love&nbsp\\;it.
&nbsp\\;
