What did you use to cover the original hole in the fender strut?
The quick disconnect for the sissy bar has slugs that cover the holes.

And could you have used 3m double stick tape like the stuff used on tank emblems to hold the new signal bar on the fender?
No way, the new bar is solid billet - tooo heavy.

Default Did it to mine too.

Subculture was nice enough to give me the info on how to do this.
It's not difficult, just take your time to get the mounting holes drilled properly.
