Picked up my Fat Bob on Saturady. I have never driven a Harley before, but this bike is awesome (power, handling, looks). I'm very impressed. It's pretty hard not to drive this thing like I stole it every time I jump on. I heading out for another ride now, later . I tried downloading some pics, but the files were too big? Anyone know the size limit for pics?

It was exaktly the same thing for me on friday. I picked up my FB after waiting since januari and as you I had never before drive a Harley.
And now I can say, like it a lot [8D]

Congrats Rattbone... I have seen your threads for the mods you were getting for a while. Did you already install them? Getting the Rush 2" myself this week. I hate the stock sound, even after some burn in it still sounds like a Honda. Have fun and ride safe.

Welcome to the squadron. Iwent out Saturday and have eclipsed the 1000 mile mark. Wednesday is 1000 mile service VH Big radius, SERT. Looking forward to that. Sunday is Rolling Thunder and we ride to the Pentagon. Enjoy your Fatbob. I have no regrets on mine.

 

Hey thebump, I bought all of my mods on-line and had the dealer put everything on before I picked it up. So I don't know what stock would ride like, but I do know that my bike has major pull (torque) and the Rush 1.75 pipes sound really good.

congrats. Still waiting, but I need to know how the pipes sound? I'm having them put on and also haveing a little work done (103 and stuff). It took me a long time to decide, so I hope they sound great and I was hoping for some volume. Let us know, thanks.
