Default barebones vs mustang daytripper

Need some help with seats, I've got a barebones on the bike now and it is comfortable butit lets me slide too far back , I have drags and forwards on it and really have to reach forthem, I'm5'10 and 31" inseam so I'm not vertically challenged. Looking at the mustang solo day tripper, does anyone know if this seat makes you sit further forward? I did see a corbin close solo which worked out well but costs over $200 more than the mustang.

Thanks Ron

I have it and it doesnt seem to have changed my riding position much. I will say its surprisingly comfortable and high quality.

I think the daytripper is going to be my next seat. It just has to be comfortable for long days in the saddle to stay on my bike.

Thanks for the response, as muchas I like the way the barebones looks I'm just too far back and from what you guys say it pretty much keeps in the stock position which would be alright.

Thanks again Ron

FWIW I spoke to Mustang about the Vintage seat for my FXDF she told me it will push me forward 1 inch and raise me up almost as much.

I have a day tripper solo and it puts me a little lower and a little further back than my stock seat.
