Mustang Solo...ouch

RE: Mustang Solo...ouch
I could not get used to the Corbin studded solo I owned about 7 years ago. The quality of the seat was stunning but the stiffness of the seat created some serious posterior hot spots even after the 'break in' and the 'scoop' of the seat shape didn't leave much movement. Wonder if they changed the seats since then?

I have the Mustang wide solo. Haven't had a chance to go for any extended rides yet however.
That being said - The seat has already been broken in by the previous owner and fits me just fine. We'll see after 3+ hours in the saddle though. If you have the $$ - Corbin has an excellent high end rep. My boss rides Corbin, 1/2 my truck drivers (I'm a dispatcher) ride Corbin.
2 others ride Mustang and the others ride stock.
For me it's a money thing. I'll have to see how this one sits over hours before I can decide to commit 5-6oo$.
Wife can find a few more things that she values more than my rear end for 5-600
Mustang tends to have a good "bang for the buck" reputation. We'll see !
