Hey Stagolee, I did the same w/the reflectors on my Vivid Black FXDF. Cleaner look. I hadn't considered the reflective tape. I take it the Slotted heat shields won't work w/the Thunderheader. How do you like the Thunderheader. I've been thinking about a black one.
Slotted heat shields don't fit the bend of the thunderheader pipes. I wish it did. I tried to get them reshaped but it just didn't work. I also looked into getting the thunderheader heat shield slotted, but I think what I'll have to do is start with the right gauge tube, get it slotted, and then get it shaped correctly.

Thunderheader is all I wear. The sound. The performance. And unlike some, I also like the look. But I have to admit that TH could put more effort into finish quality.

That reflective tape looks good. Too bad my lowers are chrome. [:@] I gues I could put some tape on the front down tubes. Where did you get the tape from?

They have show chrome stickers just like the ones I used.

I bought the "Reflective Tape 1x4" BLK". The part # is 103800. Drop them an email to get the info for the chrome reflective strips.

Looks good, Is that the Arlen Ness Air cleaner cover? I just had the hight flow race tuner and pipes put on mine but couldn't find a cover I liked.
The cover is the Drag Specialties 5-Bolt Dome A/C Cover. Part # DS288929

nice eh!
I'm just getting started.

The fender bib is sold as a standalone item.

It looks like it just matches the existing bolt holes that are in the fender from the factory.

I think the reflectors all broke on my bike within an hour of getting it home so I HAD to take them off just to make sure they didnt cause a problem for others.....

I really like the looks of those solo seats. I have a Reach on order, it's backordered so i may cancel it and get a solo seat instead. SilentWarrior, how does that mustang solo differ in seating position compared to the stock seat?

Silent Warrior: Beautiful bike! I just got my 2008 Pewtar Denim FXDF and wanted to upgrade the sound. Was wondering if you had to do a remap for those 2.0" rush slip ons? Knowing that u've upgraded to PCIII and a high flow filter, it seems like a dumb question but all im looking for is a nice rumble and not really interested in a power surge.
Do u have aweb addressfor those slip ons that i can check out for pricing? All i keep finding are the slash down mufflers, but i kind of like the tips on your pipes better. Cheers
