Has anyone gone into a dealer to try and get this work done? I've had popping when it was cold out. I'm going in for my 1000 mile service before Daytona, I'll question this topic them.

I pick my WG up tomorrow from haveing the tranny recall done. I will be bringing a copy of the service bulletin with me. Mine only pops occasionally on decell, but I beleive a 25 degree injector will richen it up. It definatly wont hurt. And, they will have to recalibrate the ECM. I will post tomorrow as to wether or not they give me a hard time........

Checked mine last night. Took the bulletin to my dealer today and they ordered the new injectors. Back-ordered 3-4 weeks. They didn't even bat an eye except for sayin' "Are you sure you checked the part number...".

I should have it all back together in time for Alberta riding season.

Yeah I am going in this afternoon, I hope to have the same outcome. If they do it...how long does it take to change the injectors...an hour maybe? And of course they will have to re-cal the ECM. I wonder if I will be able to go back to the highflow A/C now???

1.10 hrs. to change injectors including a coffee stop.

You should be able to go back to the Hi flow A/C after the recal.

I'm surprised you're jumping on this so quickly...there are still a lot of unanswered questions at this point. But I've got no problem with you going and getting yours done first...you're our guinea pig!

Anyways to make things easier on them I would be sure to go in with an empty tank. That will reduce the time to complete the job because they have to take the tank off.

Good luck.
