RE: Made Some New Bars
Fabbing this stuff is super easy. A monkey could do it if he had the right tools. The hardest part is setting the machines up. Once that's done, you're good to go. Only problem is the machines aren't cheap, either are the tools that go in them. I just happen to be blessed with a great bunch of fiends and family that are pretty involved in anything that has to do with tubes.
$300!!!! Yikes, maybe these bars will just hang out in the garage or a while.
It's a jeep, we built it for the 07 SEMA Show.

Sorry, for some reason I thought it was a Samarai - I used to have this tiny little Suzuki 4x4 (1975, 76?) that predates Samarais when I was stationed in the Philippines. Two-cycle 2 cylinder which was transplanted with a 4 cyl Toyota motor. Only did about 45 screaming...
Great you can make things - I used to enjoy watching Jesse james work with sheet metal when he had his show.

You could also cut and cope two more pices of 1.25 solid drilled and taped 1/2-13 then weld those to the bars and have the risers and bars one piece. If you went that way you can run a short riser and dump the wires out the center bottom of the bars right down onto the top tripple tree.
