They replaced mine because after it dryed there was a crappy white smudge on the lens. By the way my gas gauge used to pop off and that was replaced also.

Mine fogs sometimes, but it's random and not necessarily related to being wet. But it goes away soon and it's clear as a bell again so I don't worry about it. Like BluBob said, my solution is I just don't look at the speedo much.

Was a waste of time to replace it to begin with. Everyone's may not fog but it's not abnormal and it will clear up. I have it from time to time with my speedo and my gas gauge. Just leave it or ride it out in the sun for a while and it will clear up. Nature of the beast my friend.

Yeah, I had that replaced too. It looked like it was cracked around the edges. The dealer was great about it. That part is fine now.

My speedo and gas gauge both fog up, but like others have said it clears up with a ride in the sun. However, if the dealer will replace it under warranty I think I'll bring the bike up there and have them replace both gauges. It is annoying as hell when it happens.

No your not the only one. If you look how it is put in,it is only plastic compression tabs and they dont work for crap.
