Hello. i am new here and presently own a buell ulysses which i am trading for a street bob. Ive got a deposit down just waiting on the 2nd mortgage, then shes mine. Cant wait, theres nothing more painful then going to the dealer and sitting on your bike but leaving it there when you go hame. Anyways great site and especially the dyna section thanks for all the great info.

I was wondering what to do, i have heard on here that the street bobs stock exhaust is real quite, is this true? i want to wait a little while before i do the exhaust, i want to wait till the selection gets a bit better. Thinking mmaybe doing to harley aftermarket till i find what i want but that seems like a waste of money. I guess this all depends on how quiet the bike is stock

I phinnally got a chance to see one of them on phlat black today. Dealer had one parked next to a vivid black. The black denim definately stands out.

Has any body else seen the paul yaffe x-pipes, they would look real good on a street bob, but black the pipes out and keep the heat shield chrome. sweet

I have seen the pipes clayman, I have inquired around the forum as to if anyone would think they would work on the Bob and everyone tells me that more than likely they will not unless you do some major fabrication. Those are the pipes I want to put on my Bob in a real bad way. They look awesome and I bet they sound pretty dern good as well. They have them in the ceramic black with the chrome heat shields already. Just for the sporty and the softtails. With the Bob being the new model bike of the year, who knows, maybe someone will design some x-pipes to fit on it.
