I've been quietly thinking about doing this. I have a couple saved on ebay right now. I'm pretty much sold on the look. Just have to get rid of the chrome cap. I think I see a project in my future....

gonna replace the upper shock studs with some grade 8's and get rid of the chrome cover. the upswept pipes are gonna have to be repaired, as some idiot at the stealer decided it was too hard to remove the pipes to remove the axle, and the front pipe cracked. not to worry tho, have even wilder upswept pipes which will be on it hopefully this weekend. the rubbing noise im hearing is the belt. the rear wheel is pointed slightly toward the right (again stealer tech too lazy to re-align it after replacing the rear wheel) and the belt is a little loose after lowering it. i put about 60 miles on it tonight, no issues, or guts shooting out my @ss. Thanks for all the compliments and thanks to those who don't like it too (cuz if you're pleasing everyone... you're doing it wrong.)[&:]

Hey Tree,
Bike looks great!

I just changed out my exhaust again too last week. Don't have any pics but I will get some soon.

The struts look great but I personally couldn't handle the ride (I've already got a bad back).

I think it looks awesome (other than the chrome top)! You're gonna get tons of questions about it. The seat height looks to be about 20" - WOW.

Watch that you don't stub your thumb on a road reflector if you do the low-slow-wave.That's a hardcore ride right there!
