Essentially, I agree... you and I woulda' done the right thing - but I thought about it and he's probably too embarassed about it - that and people nowadays don't really have that common courtesy that we were raised on (or beaten into.)

 

I couldn't agree more. When a metric guy meets a harley guy, he gets all defensive - and for what?

It is definitely self created.

Had a pick up truck driver overtake a lorry on a blind bend whilst I was minding my own business coming the other way and he trashed both me and my Dyna Convertible - long story short he came round under the pretence to see if I was OK after I got out of hospital and then started having a go at me saying it was my fault and that I screamed as I hit the front of his windshield. He then got all concerned that me and my biker 'Hells Angel' friends would come round and beat him up!

I tell you if I had some friends like that after his visit I would have sent them straight round - cops did him for dangerous driving and I sued him for a load of dosh!
