Default Opinions wanted on VH Quiet Baffles

I have read a lot of good post here regarding the VH Quiet Baffles and I would like the deeper sound others have reported.

However, here is my concern -
I am running VH big shot staggered with the HD stage1 Air and download. The thing runs great no popping, fantastic response.
Since I seem to have lucked out with my results without a fulepak or similar fuel management device, should I just leave it alone or do you think I will have the same luck if I switch to Quiet Baffles to my existing set up?

Thanx in advance for your input.

Quiet baffles sound great in my opinion. They do make it a deeper sound but when you open it up they do get loud.

i run the quiet baffles in my short shots and they are ace, deeper tone and they just take the rawness off the standard baffle which is good for me as i live amoungst a lot of other houses an often have to start up at 6 in the morning and as i never go untill the bike is warm the quiet baffles keep the peace but like everyone says they come on song once the you start to rip it. I run a fuel moto setup PCII for the standard pipes and have quiet baffles in them now so i dont see a problem for you.

Iv'e been told that they help giving you a little more back pressure. I switched from V&H sideshots regular baffles to quite and I feel more mid-range torque.

So those of you who have switched to QB's after you were set up for standard baffles did not have to tweak your set up?

I have a carb'ed 04 low rider....installed quiet baffles in my big shot staggereds. It seems like I have a little more low end power. Also, sounds 100% beter at idle to me..deeper and less tinney. Just as loud when you open it up though...did not have to re-rejet.

Sub correct I put them in and did nothing else. Well I stripped the fu@king screws and had to fix that but thats a whole different story. My luck everything I try ends up being more of a project than I thought it would be[:@]. But it makes it fun in a warped way.
