RE: Soggy (new) Hoggy
Can't get the pictures up. Can get them on my computer (Kodak Easyshare software), but if I go to browse for them with the HD Forum software, it doesn't offer my Easyshare Software as one of the places to get the pictures from. So frustrated about it right now, will try later. It's like my Easyshare software is no longer the computer wants to use. Plus I know the pictures are too large. Max is 500KB, what pixel size is that? Why don't these things complement each other, one say KB the other says pixel. Isn't that like saying you can't fill your tank until you know how many gallons it takes, but the pump ONLY pumps inliters???

I don't know if this ever went "to the top" when I added pics. But for all the Fat Bobbers, I do have some pics added. It was a mess. I wish I cold figure out how to get the pictures bigger, I am struggling with that.
In the last picture, you'd see this better is it was a larger picture, but look at the forks, even at that size you can see the difference on the tubes from the road grime, and also look at the front of the sliders! And frame downtubes!
OH also why don't the pictures just appear on the post instead of the things you have to click on??

NEAT revelation that I'll probably start a thread on, this thing comes stock with a throttle friction screw?? SO cool, I figured that would be one big "Beemer thing" I was gonna miss. Hell even BMW makes you buy the screw, pop out a cap plug and install the screw. I was cleaning the bike wondering if there was a way to add a friction screw and holy hell, there it IS!! Already installed even!

Right. It creates a drag on the throttle. The Beemer was made for it, had the hole drilled with a plug in the hole. Pop the cap out and this screw with a knurled **** for a head and a nylon tip on the end of the bolt threads in. Also has a spring to keep the screw from moving around by itself and fallin out.
The HD has a black plastic head, but same idea.
Presses agains the throttle inside the switch housing. Harley warns against tightening it too much, "just to dampen the throttle movement" or whatever. But yeah, I always have tightened it enough that I could give my right hand a shake-out on a long trip. It's not hard, come pretty natural, y'know just roll the throttle ahead to slow down, how many people really REALLY need the throttle to spring back to the closed position by itself? Just tighten it enough so it takes about an equal amount to open the throttle as it does to close it.
